What it does
Upload a clip. Google FILM invents three new frames between every pair of real ones, so motion stays fluid instead of stuttering, and plays them back at 30 fps: a 30 fps source comes out four times slower. Great for sports, dance, splashes and product reveals. Add more in-between frames for even slower motion, or raise the playback rate to keep the original speed with smoother movement.
